This pot is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel with a heavy-duty, aluminum-clad bottom, so it's tough enough to withstand the rigors of everyday use and will serve as the workhorse of your commercial kitchen. With its durable construction and superior performance on gas, electric, and induction stove ranges, this brazier is sure to impress.
5 mm thick aluminum core, this brazier delivers quick and even heat distribution to the bottom and sides of the pan to eliminate hot spots. This brazier evenly distributes heat quickly, and won't pit, discolor, or transfer flavors. Great for browning meat and vegetables, its shallow height and wide diameter provides the need for only a small amount of liquid during the cooking process.
This casserole features two stainless steel loop handles that make it easy to lift and transport this pot around the kitchen. Plus, its handles are riveted on to provide a secure connection to the body of the brazier.
