The Sirman Medium Duty 40L Planetary Mixer is the largest and most powerful of Sirman's Plutone planetary mixers, the Plutone 40 combines an impressive 2.2kW of mixing performance with a generous 40 litre capacity - more than enough for large restaurants, canteens and hotels.
