The CombiGrill griddle rack gives you a perfect grilling pattern on pan fried food, fish and vegetables. There is no pre-heating involved. The CombiGrill griddle rack is extremely strong and durable. The Trilax non-stick coating supports browning and is best suited for use at temperatures up to 300°C.

Thanks to its special design, the GriddleGrid Rack is especially well suited for the preparation of large quantities of grilled products. Simply place the food to be grilled onto the GriddleGrid Rack, and then load everything at once. The GriddleGrid’s rack special alloy is such an excellent conductor of heat that it does not even require preheating.

The loading grid - 60.73.848 (available in the accessory options below) is an ideal add-on, especially for grilling large quantities of thinner foods.
