The Lincat OG8002/N Opus 800 Natural Gas 6 Burner Oven Range 50.5kw is a gas range oven unit sporting uniform interior heating and focused hob heat distribution, the Lincat Opus 800 Six Burner Oven Range is built to provide the quickest cooking times whilst producing food of the quality expected from the professional caterer. Each dual concentric burner on top can distribute its heat consistently to your cookware regardless of its size, giving you complete control over anything from a mild simmer to a sear flash fry. The ovens fanned heating ensures consistent heating across all four shelving position, though the interior is also gastronorm compatible to allow the chef to slide freshly prepared pans directly into the oven from the counter, streamlining efficiency.
