Designed with a high-performance, state-of-the-art infra-red burner system and boasting superb recovery times, the fryer is able to produce up to 31kg of chips per hour, significantly improving your product output to increase both your serving speeds and customer satisfaction. Crafted from stainless steel and featuring a vitreous enamel control panel, heavy-duty wire baskets and a rugged basket hanger, the fryer is exceptionally hardwearing and durable, ensuring a long-lasting life even when faced with the rigours of constant use.
