To provide you with complete piece of mind when you order products from Cater-Connect, we offer a simple returns and refund policy. Returning and obtaining a refund on larger appliances however do unfortunately carry chargeable fee's covering Engineer Inspection, Logistics & Insurances And Labour. Completing A Successful Refund!
- You must make us aware of this within 48 hours upon receipt of receiving your order if there is any damage or the product is unwanted. Photographic evidence the product damaged will be required and should be sent within 48 hours upon receiving your item.
- The products (Below 30kg) needs to be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging for a return and refund to be considered. Once the condition has been checked and verified by us we’ll issue you with a refund. This usually take 3-5 working days for the banks to process and appear in your account.
- Returns (Below 30kg) Customers are responsible for returning these items safely to our warehouse. We recommend a trackable service is used upon return.
- Returns (30kg+) Collections are organised by Cater-Connect and fee's are applicable. See below.
Restocking & Handling Fee's
- Please note very large, non-stocked or bulky items may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 50% of the transaction fee. This may include some specialist bespoke or installed products as well as warehouse clearance/Sale/Offer lines.
- Order's that have been purchased in error to the £25+ / weigh above 30kg will be subject to a 35% restocking fee (35% of the overall transaction). The condition of the returned product must be sealed, unopened and remain in perfect sale condition.
- Order's valued £25+ / weigh above 30kg that have been opened but unused will be subject to a 50% restocking fee (50% of the overall transaction)
