The Williams Crystal PC2T Double Door Bakery Prover Cabinet offers a large capacity for proving all your bakery products. Offering 40 tray slide capacity, the double-door Crystal PC2T is capable of holding up to forty 18’X30’ bakery trays. With simple-to-use and easy-to-manage controls, it offers excellent performance and efficient operation in even the busiest working environments
