Bain Marie

A bain marie or more commonly referred to as a water bath - should not to be confused with sous vide machine. Choose from a drop in wet or dry heat Bain Marie, made with display cabinets or mobile cabinets. This ideal appliance is used for keeping large batches of food warm, ready for plating or service.
