The Lincat PHER01-SPH Phoenix Electric 6 Zone Induction Oven Range 13kW Single Phase Model offers six 1.85kW induction zones and a large three 1/1GN capacity oven, the Phoenix Electric Induction Oven is all about flexibility. Need intense heat quickly? The powerful 4kW, fan assisted oven provides fast heat up times and has a 6 x 1/1 GN capacity enabling up to six different foods to cook simultaneously and evenly. The PHER01 also features multiple internal cooling fans and overheat protection for long service life.
