The Blizzard BG1A Stainless Steel Electric Griddle 3000W is the ideal choice for smaller commercial kitchens that demand professional results. The smooth 8mm steel plate is controlled by a single manually adjustable thermostat, giving a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C; ample to grill a variety of ingredients.
Designed with a raised splashguard, any spillages are effectively contained on the griddle, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the surrounding areas. Featuring a removable drip tray, the BG1 proves simple to clean at the end of service.
External measurements of 235 x 550 x 490 mm (HxWxD) generate a cooking area of 545 x 350 mm (WxD), perfect for countertop positioning in any professional kitchen.
