The Blizzard BG2A Double Griddle is the ideal choice for smaller commercial kitchens that demand professional results. The smooth 8mm steel plate is controlled by a single manually adjustable thermostat, giving a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C; ample to grill a variety of ingredients.
Designed with a raised splashguard, any spillages are effectively contained on the griddle, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the surrounding areas. Featuring a removable drip tray, the BG2 proves simple to clean at the end of service.
