- For orders below £500, we offer 3-5 standard working day delivery charges.
- Next-day delivery rates varies dependant on product size and value.
- Items fulfilled from our UK distribution centre are mostly dispatched the same day, if ordered before 12PM. Some items can take longer (such as those sent directly from the manufacturer) Please enquire with our sales team for delivery information.
- We may consolidate small items together into a single package. This might mean that item(s) you order may be held until your entire order is ready.
- We try to add tracking to all orders if applicable. We will email you when goods are dispatched, and the couriers tracking details are included. If you enter a mobile number during checkout, we will also text any tracking details or order updates to you.
- When shipping large appliances & bulk orders, we normally send items on a pallet. Unless specified otherwise, these deliveries are kerbside only.
- Delivery is available UK nationwide, but a surcharge may be applied if you live in an additional charge zone.

Choose our professional removal team to safely collect, remove and dispose of your old unwanted kitchen appliances. This service is most commonly used when a new unit is purchased, we can collect the old unit at the same time- making the transaction seamless from order to delivery and removal.
We always recommend a professional commercial removal team to carry out all removals of old units within the kitchen. This is so we can safely dispose of the units correctly.
Please Note: All removals take place between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (Price per product- example 3 units collected would require qty 3 at checkout)
