This MasterClass Smart Silicone Flexible Round Cake Pan 20cm is perfect for baking a delicious fruit cake or sponge cake. Silicone is non-stick and totally flexible for easy release and turning out of cakes as well as tolerating temperatures exceeding most ovens the pan does not absorb odours and will not distort or taint, so is totally reusable time and time again. The MasterClass silicone bakeware range is brilliantly designed, simply use as per traditional bakeware and then, when the loaf is cooled, bend the sides, corners and edges to easily turn out the perfect cake. Featuring a matt black exterior the pan also cooks the contents evenly and a little quicker. Suitable for use with air-fryers.
