Looking to increase your commercial MKN oven's life span. Use the 10 litre special cleaning chemical, you will need a spray dispenser. You will need to organise your kitchen staff / chefs to stay on top off cleaning & maintaining the oven. You can achieve this by using the correct chemicals after each or every other service, this will be determined on how busy your restaurant and oven is being used. The general rule is; if your oven has a high demand then you will need to clean this unit more frequently.
