The Sammic BM-5 5 Ltr Planetary Mixer is a professional, table top, food mixer ideal for preparing dough, egg whites, sauces and minced meat mixtures. Compact and medium duty, the unit is ideal for up to 50 covers. Equipped with an extractible safety guard and continuous variable electronic speed control. The unit is constructed of materials that comply with hygiene, cleaning and food regulations.
