Drawing in cool air from ground level, this unit continues to work efficiently at higher ambient temperatures and in more crowded environments ensuring no food is wasted. With gastronorm compatibility you can prepare large quantities of food for serving at peak hours without worry of running out of food and losing on potential sales. Meanwhile you also cut back on washing up as you can prepare and preserve your food all within the same pan (GN pans sold separately).
