The Lincat Lynx 400 LBM3 Electric Countertop Dry Heat Bain Marie is a great choice for providing reliable warming for up to six quarter-size (1/4GN) gastronorm pans of food. Supplied with the pans and lids as standard, the Lincat lets you keep your sauces, soups and other pre-cooked foods at the ideal serving temperature for extended periods - all without the need for filling with water.
