The Parry HOT12BM Hot Cupboard With Bain Marie Top 1200mm has a strong stainless steel construction, the unit has 4 strong castors where 2 are lockable. Built with removable sliding doors for easy cleaning! The hot cupboard has double skinned doors and walls and is temperature regulated throughout by thermostat. Accepts 3 x 1/1 size gastronorms (supplied), also accepts overhead gantry (not supplied).
