The Falcon F900 Series G9541 Gas Griddle Perfect for cooking pancakes, chicken, eggs and bacon, the gas Falcon G9541 countertop smooth griddle offers exceptional performance and unrivalled reliability. Part of the stylish F900 range, the griddle is a high capacity, highly powerful unit which is ideal for service in restaurants, hotels, canteens and other similar high demand sites. Front mounted dial control ensures precise, consistent temperature across the whole plate, which in turn is completely surrounded by a debris collection channel, making the unit exceptionally easy to clean - even during a busy breakfast service. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
