With a space-saving width of 400mm and a powerful 8.2kW burner, raw cooking power is evenly channelled across the entire griddle surface. The front-mounted dial thermostat control brings precise temperature control, enabling a versatile range of 100-300°C. To enable easy cleaning and mess-free operation, the griddle also features an innovative grease collection trough, which completely surrounds the plate. The griddle is fitted with a sturdy fixed stand which also doubles as vital additional storage space. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
