This high power model requires 1 phase or 3 phase hard wired power connection and can deliver the quickest of pre-heat and cooking times by allowing you to use the full power of the microwave and convection heaters simultaneously.

Powerful High-Speed Technology

The perfectly balanced tri-pleX technology delivers maximum performance and ensures consistent cooking. Combining microwave and convection technology, the oven rapidly heats air and returns it to the cavity through catalytic converters and an impinger plate. This heat pattern allows food to cook evenly and produces a crisp golden finish, every time. This method is 80% faster than traditional convection ovens.
