This Pitco CE-SGH50/FD-FF Twin Tank Filtration Computer Basket Lift Gas Fryer offers inbuilt filtration and high product output. This commercial fryer is specifically designed for high volume users, manufactured in the USA,  it is supplied with 2 baskets per tank, has digital controls a countdown timer for each frying tank.

• Heavy duty High powered twin tank fryer - each fryer has a power of 110,000 btus (32.3kw)
• "Solstice" energy efficient tube fired fryer - fast recovery (results in less oil absorption) - 57% thermal efficiency
• Output/hour - 40kg - per tank
• Heavy duty baskets - each will hold 5 lbs of fries or 12 ilbs of mixed chicken pieces per load
• The inbuilt filtration pump sits under the fryer and is easy to use
• Stainless steel fry tanks 
• Drainer/filtration tank is fitted with castor and is supplied with disposal emptying hose - operators do not have to handle the oil making it safer and quicker to empty
