The Robot Coupe Blixer® 3 Emulsifier 3.7L 3000rpm & Pulse 750w is quick, efficient and simple to use. A combination of a blender and a mixer which has a large capacity and a leak proof lid, this model will make it simple to prepare all types of mixed and liquidised food, even for tube feeding. The Blixer range is designed to emulsify food. Emulsifying assures that the food fibres are not dulled whilst the food is still processed for exceptionally smooth results.
The 3.7ltr bowl capacity can process medium sized quantities - ideal for meals within nursing homes, hospitals, schools, and crèches. A handle on the front of the bowl offers better and safer grip, reducing the risk of spills or drops.
A polycarbonate see-through lid helps you to monitor your preparation from start to finish. With a hole in the Blixer arm you can also add liquids while processing removing the need to continuously turn the machine off.
The Robot coupe Blixer is designed with a seal to prevent liquid overflow reducing mess around the work station. The central bowl locking system prevents the Blixer from being turned on if it locked in place, making it safe to use.
The fine serrated blade creates an ultra-smooth texture for a homogeneous consistency. An induction motor is both intense and powerful ensuring both durability and reliability in commercial settings.
All removable parts of this Blixer can be washed, the lid and bowl are dishwasher safe, while the rest of the parts should be manually washed. Thoroughly cleaning your Blixer 3 allows it to be kept hygienic at all times without the risk of cross contamination.
