The Valentine EVO2525T Twin Tank Twin Basket Electric Turbo Fryer 20 Litres. This unit has a high product output rate of 72kg per hour combined with lower energy costs through its eco friendly efficiency element and reheating oil time. This unit is from the new range of Turbo Evolution fryers by Valentine. The range feature a fry tank pressed from a single piece of stainless steel, it has a smooth rounded easy to clean profile. The design has a small cool zone which ensures that it takes less oil to fill the fryer but with the same output as the previous model. Turbo Power gives faster recovery times and increases the output of the fryer. This means that it will cost less in oil to fill and less to heat a smaller amount of oil thus saving money for the operator and reducing the life-costs in owning a Valentine fryer. All fryers in the Evo range include a drain valve security system which will prevent the fryer from heating if the drain valve is open. The operator then has to reset the fryer with a positive action using the start button. The idea behind this is to increase safety in the kitchen by additionally protecting the fryer from the damage of overheating or even a fire when the fryer is being or has been drained of oil. As with all Valentine fryers made since 1953, its design and build are of the highest quality. It comes with adjustable legs to adjust the working height between 850-900mm, primary filtration, folding lid with storage in the door, 2m mains cable and an oil bucket all included when you specify a Valentine fryer. A three year warranty covering component failure or any manufacturing defects are standard with this fryer to give the operator piece of mind in choosing a Valentine.
