The Blue Seal E931M Electric Convection Oven With 4 Element Cooktop offers four high performance 7kw Hot Plate Elements. The Blue Seal E931M includes a four element cooktop above a Turbofan convection oven. The cooktop has a one piece pressed hygienic stainless steel top with 2 kW high speed hot plate elements at the front with two 1.5kW high speed hot-plate elements at rear. Each element shall be controlled by a 6-heat setting control mounted on a front control panel. The oven has a capacity of 4 X 1/1GN pans and includes a grilling element. Featuring a temperature range between 50°-270°C and include a safety cut-out thermostat. PLEASE NOTE - 2 separate connections are required (1 for the oven and 1 for the cooktop) Oven is fitted on 1 phase 13A - 3 pin cordset whilst the cooktops rated for supply on a 1 Phase 32A supply. This item is supplied in 100% recyclable shipping packaging.
