The Bottene PM50 Fresh Pasta Maker 13kg/h is a commercial counter top or trolley fixed pasta making unit suitable for production workshops, canteens, hotels and large event catering. The Bottene pasta makers offers a 72 different variety of pastas from this machine using unique cutters. Did you know this machine will make a batch of pasta for 10p vs 90p (brought in pasta).
Hard wearing and easy to use, it is indispensable for anyone wanting to make a range of pasta shapes with any ingredient they like: durum wheat semolina, soft wheat, whole wheat, with or without eggs, with vegetable colourants.
With a double tank, our PM50 allows for continuous cycle pasta making and thus large quantities.
It has a water cooling system in its extrusion pipe which enables a constant temperature to be maintained thus improving pasta quality.
