The Falcon Chieftain E2962 Electric Manual Tilt Bratt Pan 21 Litres 5.9kw is a heavy duty, thermostatically controlled cooking machine. It comes with six different cooking options: griddle, shallow fry, deep fry, boil, simmer and stew. The cast iron pan offers excellent heat distribution delivering great consistency whilst the manual, easy-to-turn handle, making it easy to tilt and operate. The safety of those using the bratt pan is paramount, therefore power is cut-off if the pan is moved from the fully lowered position, or is lifted at any time. The precise temperature control allows accurate and sensitive operation, and stainless steel exterior and one-piece lid allows makes the machine easy to clean.
