The Falcon Chieftain HS5 Heated 5 Well Mobile Servery Counter is designed to provide excellent service in even the most difficult of environments. Each dry well is heated with independent elements and can accommodate 1/1 gastronorm compatible trays up to 150mm deep. As standard separating panels to prevent cross-contamination are supplied . Reversible sliding, smooth-glide doors provide easy access to the holding area. A thermostatically-controlled hot cupboard is situated below the servery.
