The Falcon Dominator Plus G3625 Freestanding Gas Chargrill 600mm 17.2kW delivers all the performance, reliability and flexibility you'd expect from a top quality British-built appliance. The innovative design means you cook directly on the elements - no separate branding bars or grids required. Just set the desired temperature and place the meat or vegetables on the elements. The design means that there's no cool spots - every part of the surface cooks at the same temperature. This guarantees even cooking to give you attractively finished and succulently grilled burgers, chicken and steak every time. The heavy duty cast-iron radiants also remove the need for any coal or lava rock when cooking, making for a cleaner and fume-free operation. Two independently controlled burners allow you to cook with only one half of the chargrill during quieter services, reducing your energy consumption for a more efficient kitchen. Completed with an integral grease jug and drip tray, the unit makes cleaning quick and easy, saving you valuable time for other duties.
