The Falcon Dominator Plus G3860F Castors Single Tank Twin Basket Filtration Gas Fryer 24L offers inbuilt filtration making it easier to clean the oil, offering benefits of increased oil longevity (and therefore saving money) and maintaining oil integrity therefore ensuring high quality food. The filtration can be used even when the oil is still arm, saving time as it can be filtered during service rather than at the end of the shift.
