The Falcon F900 Series E9881 Electric Manual Tilt Bratt Pan 80 Litres is a high capacity versatile cooking solution for any high production kitchen. Able to cook up to 80 litres of food per load, you can braise, boil, steam, stew, fry and more, then simply dispense using the manual tilting mechanism. Filling is also simple, thanks to the hand top-mounted water faucet. For further convenience the lid is counter-balanced, meaning it's easier to monitor the cooking process or add ingredients without the loss of excess heat from the pan.
