The Falcon F900 Series G9581 Countertop Gas Smooth Griddle 800mm is the ideal commercial choice for large scale, high output commercial cooking. With a high quality 18mm thick smooth polished steel plate and two 8.2kW gas burners, there's more than enough space and power to cook for the busiest service. Cleaning is also effortless, thanks to the grease collection trough which surrounds the whole plate and robust stainless steel construction. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
