The Falcon F900 Series G9581 Freestanding Half-Ribbed Gas Griddle 800mm is ideally suited for takeaways, restaurants, hotels and other similar busy sites. With two powerful 8.2kW burners and a half ribbed, half flat griddle plate, you can cook perfect eggs, bacon, chicken and steak on one highly reliable griddle surface. The griddle plate itself has a grease trough surround, which, alongside the grease collection area, makes the Falcon easy to clean and efficient to use - even during a busy breakfast service. Fitted with a convenient fixed stand which doubles as vital additional storage space. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
