The Imperial CIFS-75 Single Tank Twin Basket Tube Fired Gas Fryer 41 Litres is great for fries, chicken, onion rings and so much more, the CIFS-75's 5 high efficiency cast iron tube fired burners provide a large heat transfer area, and fast recovery. The unique baffle and deflectors inside the tubes diffuse heat to the tube wall, ensuring heat is spread evenly. The unit boasts two large nickel-plated wire mesh fry baskets, and a large cool zone which captures food particles and prevents them from carbonising in the fry zone, reducing taste transfer and prolonging the lifespan of your oil. All of these features make this unit the ideal solution for a busy, high-demand kitchen environment, and cleaning isn't an issue at the end of the day, thanks to the easily cleaned stainless steel exterior..
