The Lincat FWDG Two Draw Food Warming Drawer hold hot food or plated meals at a stable temperature for serving later using these Lincat Food Warming Drawers. Featuring full gastronorm compatibility (pans sold separately) and a temperature ranging from 68-83°C, this unit can receive up to two full batches straight from the oven to be served later. An integrated water reservoir provides internal humidity and ensures your meals don't dry out whilst stored.
