The Lincat Lynx 400 LBM2 Dry Heat Bain Marie 4 x 1/4GN is a great choice for providing reliable warming for up to four quarter-size (1/4GN) gastronorm pans of food. Supplied with the pans and lids as standard, the Lincat lets you keep your sauces, soups and other pre-cooked foods at the ideal serving temperature for extended periods - all without the need for filling with water.
As a dry heat plug-and-play bain marie, the LBM2 can be used wherever it's needed most - there's no need for hardwired electrical connections or plumbing. This makes it perfect for event catering or as part of a breakfast service.
