This Lincat Opus 800 OE8113 Twin Tank Basket Electric Fryer 34 Litres 24kw is built to hold up under the most rigorous commercial use. An inclined base combined with inboard oil drainage removes both excess oil from your food and the need for an external drain pipe, leaving you with crisper cooking and less hassle when maintaining the machine.
