This Lincat Opus 800 OE8206/R Electric Griddle Half Ribbed Plate 900mm 12kw features a large steel cooking area allowing for increased retention and efficiency. Engineered to cope with a demanding environment, it also features independently controlled twin heat zones and a large fat collection drawer for easy cleaning. The half-ribbed plate offers attractive branding presentation marks.
