The Halcyon ICE25 Ice Maker uses a spray system that minimises scaling and produces separate cubes of crystal clear ice which are slow melting and capable of operating in ambient temperatures of between 5°C and 43°C. Optimum ice production is at an ambient temperature of 21°C, higher temperatures will dramatically reduce ice production. You can remove the stainless steel spray bar so that you can clean it easily. Also, the flexible spray jets can be removed as well allowing for a simple clean.
