This Pitco SEH50/FD-FF Twin Tank Filtration Electric Fryer 44 Litres offers inbuilt filtration to save oil expenses whilst providing a high output of cleaner product. This commercial fryer is specifically designed for high volume users, manufactured in the USA, it is supplied with 2 baskets per tank, has digital controls a countdown timer for each frying tank.
- Digital controls with cook time and temperature setting, count down timer with audible alarm for each tank and melt cycle, allowing the use of solid fats. (Controls are not programmable)
- "Solstice" energy efficient tube fired fryer - fast recovery (results in less oil absorption) - 57% thermal efficiency
- Output/hour - 40kg - per tank

- 22 litre tank capacity
- Each tank is supplied with 2 baskets
- Heavy duty baskets - each will hold 5 lbs of fries or 12 lbs of mixed chicken pieces per load
- The inbuilt filtration pump sits under the fryer and is easy to use
- Stainless steel fry tanks
- Drainer/filtration tank is fitted with castor and is supplied with disposal emptying hose - operators do not have to handle the oil making it safer and quicker to empty
