This Pitco Solstice SG14TS Twin Tank Twin Basket Gas Fryer features two 7" wide 8.5kw independently operated tanks, - great for when you only need to use one tank. Heavy duty free standing double tank fryer with automatic self-cleaning burners.
In trials, Solstice has demonstrated significantly more cooking power, with a 14.7% increase in productivity on like for like models.
