The Sammic BE-10 10 Litre Planetary Mixer is a professional food mixer ideal for preparing dough, egg whites, sauces and minced meat mixtures. The powerful 3-phase motor is controlled by highly reliable electronic speed variator technology, which enables the mixers to be connected to a single-phase electrical mains supply. The unit has a 0-30 minute electronic timer and continuous operation option, with an acoustic alarm at the end of a cycle. Equipped with a double micro switch for bowl position, safety guard and safeties off indicator.
