The Sirman Medium Duty Planetary Mixer 30 Litres offers large, powerful and ultra durable, the Sirman Plutone 30 Planetary mixer provides up to 30 litres of heavy duty mixing for the commercial kitchen. Mounted on its own stand, the mixer can be conveniently placed where its needed, so you can quickly transfer the perfectly-prepped dough into moulds, pans or containers. The stong lever mechanism brings the bowl into position perfectly, ensuring the attached mixing head thoroughly mixes all the contents of the bowl, leaving no residue. For further flexibility the mixer features a handy timer mechanism, so you can get consistent results every time.
