The Sirman Medium Duty Planetary Mixer 40 Litres is the largest and most powerful of Sirman's Plutone planetary mixers, the Plutone 40 combines an impressive 2.2kW of mixing performance with a generous 40 litre capacity - more than enough for large restaurants, canteens and hotels. Standing at 1316mm high, the stainless steel machine has all the features you'd expect in a premium freestanding mixer. From the sturdy non-slip feet and steel safety guard, to the front-mounted controls and lever-operated bowl lift, the Plutone 40 gives you the confidence to mix large batches quickly, easily and safely. For further convenience, the mixer also includes a handy built-in timer, ensuring you get a consistent mix every time.
