The Sirman Vesuvio 105x105 Double Deck Pizza Oven cooks up to 18 x 13" pizzas at a time within its stone-baked deck. The Vesuvio is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel with aluminium coated metal internal chamber walls. With two thermostats, one for the baking deck and the other for the chamber, an air vet with shutter, interior lighting, and a door with a glass window, the Vesuvio is an ideal choice. The oven itself a large interior chamber. Optional hood and stand sold separately.
