This Tournus Oven Shelf Grid 1/1GN is accepted in all types of convection oven. Manufactured from a high-quality, thick gauge stainless steel that has high resistance to staining and can withstand high temperatures of up to 400c, this oven grid is ideal for use in commercial convection ovens and combi steamer ovens. Following standard gastronorm sizing, this GN1/1 oven grid will fit all standard commercial ovens. Ideal as an accessory for adding an additional oven shelf, or as a replacement for your existing oven.
