The Victor HC40MS Mobile Hot Cupboard is a compact Victor Mobile Hot Cupboard perfect for navigating tight or restricted spaces for the safe and sanitary delivery of plates, plated meals and gastronorm pans (sold separately). Digitally monitor the internal temperature through the outside thermostat control, which is recessed to prevent any food or drink spillages from spoiling the controls. The castors are braked to secure the trolley when serving your guests, making this unit particularly ideal for hotels and healthcare facilities.
