The Blue Seal Evolution 430-EM Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven 4.4kw is a fantastic choice. It has independent control for the ceiling and base elements, allowing you to achieve the ideal balance of heat for your pizzas.
With a refractory baking surface that ensures optimal heat distribution and retention, the 430/DS-M electric pizza oven delivers perfectly even and crispy results. Temperature can be adjusted through electromechanical thermostats, while a cut-out feature with manual reset provides added safety measures.
To prevent any mishaps, the oven comes with an automatic cavity cool-down between high-temperature cycles and the next cycle featuring a lower temperature. This prevents it from overheating, ensuring the longevity of the oven.
For convenience, the Blue Seal 430/DS-M pizza oven can be stacked up to three oven chambers high. It also has a stainless steel front and door, making it easy to clean and boasts eco-compatible fibro ceramic and needle rock wool insulation.
