The Blue Seal Evolution G594-LS Freestanding 600mm Gas Chargrill & 450mm Griddle Plate 19.6kw is a heavy duty, highly durable machine capable of producing quality food and handling a high output simultaneously. Made with cast iron grates and V-shaped radiants, maximum heat can be reached to ensure your food has the delectable branded appearance of a true chargrill; perfectly accentuating the taste, texture and aroma of your meats and vegetables. Featuring two independently controlled burners, the grill allows you to lower your heat output and energy consumption dependent on your needs, enabling more precise and efficient cooking. The porcelain enamel drip tray also makes cleaning up a much simpler process, helping you keep the unit in superb condition at all times.
