The Blue Seal Evolution IN511W5-B Countertop Induction Wok 5kW is powerful and highly reliable, the Blue Seal Evolution 450mm countertop induction wok is a superb addition to any professional kitchen. Specifically designed to provide an effective cooking station for wok work, the Blue seal combines simplicity with performance - just select a power level and start cooking.
Strong stainless steel construction makes the unit exceptionally durable and easy to clean, while the automatic pan detection ensures the power is automatically shut off when no pan is in place, saving energy and reducing unnecessary wear and tear. And as the hob uses induction cooking, it's far more efficient than traditional electric or gas alternatives, reducing your running costs, as well as eliminating the risk of burns from flames or exposed elements.
